Spring is on its way soon, so lets celebrate by learning all about growing plants. Well examine seeds, learn how to grow plants at home, and decorate a flowerpot. Space is limited and registration is required. Register once per household please, and households will be seated together. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.

A wonderful opportunity for the whole house to enjoy a Storytime together at the library. We will incorporate the same fun activities as our weekly Storytime, just later in the day when it's more convenient for you. Space is limited and registration is required. Please register once per household.

Do you love to draw? Join us for drawing tutorials, and hang out with other young artists. This month, we will be learning calligraphy from exchange students from Japan from the University of Findlay. Recommended for grades 2 and up. Space is limited and registration is required. Children will be seated together by household, and you only need to register once per household. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult caregiver.

In partnership with the Borderless Relations Committee with support from On Earth Peace, Kids Club seeks to create a community of belonging by empowering kids through reading, discussion, and celebrating differences in cultures. During each session, we will read and explore a different story that encourages kids to share their feelings and experiences, develop empathy towards others, and learn to overcome differences. Learning will continue with activities that celebrate different cultures or explore social issues. Sessions will end with a community art project celebrating diversity.

To celebrate Youtheatre's production of "Madagascar: A Musical Adventure Jr." pick up a a take-home activity kit from the Children's Department.
This kit includes a stick puppet craft and lots of activity sheets! Pick one up in the Children's Dept. Available until March 12.
