Ohio Local Foods Week is August 7-13 and this program is part of that celebration here in Hancock County. Peg Meents from OSU Extension Hancock will be cooking with local foods-highlighting recipes using fresh fruits and vegetables. There's a great diversity of hundreds of foods from Ohio that represent all five food groups of My Plate: milk, grains, fruits, vegetables, and proteins.
