As you participate in a gentle "chair yoga" class you will see how we can connect the mind, body, and breath and feel much more relaxed and able to handle those winter blues. Presented by Barb Matheny. Mrs. Matheny is the owner of "Harmony Yoga: Body, Mind and Soul" here in Findlay. A retired Findlay City Schools teacher, she received her 200 hour "Registered Yoga Teacher" certification last year and is now working on her 500 hour.
