What you eat between meals matters more than you think. The problem with snacking is when a quick nibble turns into enough calories to count as a meal. Serving healthy snacks is important to providing good nutrition, and supporting lifelong healthy eating habits. The right snacks can improve your mood, boost your energy, and satisfy cravings. Come to the library on September 18 at 4:30 p.m. to hear Karen McDougall present healthy snack tips and recipes. Registration required.
