Volunteen Meeting

Join us as we host ocean-themed traveling trivia with Blanchard Valley Center! Compete as a team (four members max) or as an individual for a chance to win amazing prizes! Adults and teens are welcome.

Join us for the Genealogy Lock-In! Arrive before 5:00 pm, when the library closes, and we will be "locked in" to work on genealogy for three hours! Use our books, computers, and other resources to work on your family tree. Registration is required below. Please pack your supper, as we will be taking a break to eat.

Be a part of our Tiny Art show! Artists of all ages can pick up a free kit by the circulation desk starting April 4th while supplies last. Return your artwork by Friday, April 29th for it to be displayed during the ArtWalk on Friday, May 6th.

Teen Take & Make: Blackout Poetry - Did you know that April is National Poetry Month? Pick up one of our Teen Take & Make Kits this month and become a poet by creating your very own blackout poetry! Blackout Poetry Kits include instructions for how to create blackout poetry, printed book pages, a pencil, and a black marker. Kits will be available to pick up at the Main Library in the Teen Department, as well as the Arlington Branch and Bookmobile between April 11th and 18th. While supplies last.

Glenwood Special Needs Group

Come out and create some tiny art on a 4x4 canvas! Art may be displayed during ArtWalk on Friday, May 6th. Program is for students in grades 6-12. Space is limited and registration is required. Register below or by calling 419-434-1077.

Teen Take & Make: Do you want to learn origami? Pick up one of our Origami Kits! Origami Kits are filled with information and paper to help teens create origami! Kits include instructions on how to make origami folds, diagrams for making origami, and origami paper! Kits will be available to pick up at the Main Library in the Teen Department, as well as the Arlington Branch and Bookmobile between March 7th and March 25th. While supplies last!
