Looking for activities to keep kids busy at home or on a road trip this summer? Want a fun way to celebrate the start of SummerREAD? Pick up our Summer Boredom Busters Activity Kit, filled with ocean-themed activities that will make a splash this summer!

Summer Boredom Buster Kits are available beginning June 6th, while supplies last. Kits are available at the Childrens Department (Main Library), on the Bookmobile, and at the Arlington Branch Library.

Play Bingo and win book Prizes! Books for PreK through grade 8 are available. There is also a Family Book Bingo on Zoom listed on the calendar. Please click on that option and register if you wish to play via Zoom.

What are the properties of water? How do fresh water and salt water differ? Well visit a body of water to investigate!
This program will be hosted at the Oakwoods Nature Preserve at 1400 Oakwoods Lane, Findlay, Ohio at the Richard S. "Doc" Phillips Discovery Centers.
Grades K-2 with an adult caregiver. Please register ALL children and adults separately.

Celebrate the start of SummerREAD by stopping in for a free Crafty Kit for Kids filled with craft materials to make a merperson puppet and weave a fish, as well as songs and book recommendations. Crafty Kits are available beginning June 6th, while supplies last. Kits available at Findlay-Hancock County Public Library, via Curbside Service, the Bookmobile, and at the Arlington Branch Library.
